How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Most in-stock items ship within 5 - 7 business days. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping 

We ship via USPS and/or UPS to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. If you are International and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a shipping price.

Be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable, including both initial and return shipping costs.

Return Policy 

At Chi for Me, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We place great emphasis on design, materials, safety, and construction. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It's normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if you discover any damage to the items in your shipment, retain the box, packing materials, and items, and contact us immediately for assistance. If the damage is so extensive that the contents are unsalvageable, please photograph the damaged items before disposing of them safely.

To qualify for a refund of the merchandise value, you must initiate returns within 7 days of receipt. All returns require an original or gift receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded as Merchandise Credit for the amount shown on the receipt. Items returned with the original receipt will be refunded via the original payment method, which may take up to 14 business days from the date of the request.

Please note that our Chi Crystal mists and Chi Crystal rollers, being custom-made to order, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Furthermore, eGift cards, promotional items, sale merchandise, final sale products, or items purchased from sites other than Chiforme.org are not eligible for online returns.
